Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you and your children to love every item from Adidas Kids Shop. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Swimwear (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service within 15 days at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Details about the product you’re returning
    • Reason for return/exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to:

  5. Wait for Processing: We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return about your refund or exchange status.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund credited to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 2-10 additional business days for the refund to appear

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

  • Follow the return process above
  • In your email, clearly state the replacement item
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more or receive a refund for less)

Note: Exchanges depend on product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll arrange free return shipping if needed
  • Choose between replacement (if available) or full refund

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for all customs duties and taxes for returns
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds issued in US dollars; exchange rates may affect final amount
