At Adidas Kids Shop, we want you and your little athletes to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Swimwear (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Wait for processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. In your initial email, clearly state the replacement item you’d like
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  5. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label if needed
  • You can choose between a replacement (if available) or full refund

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All customs duties and taxes for returns are the responsibility of the customer
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in US dollars; exchange rates may affect the final amount credited
